The reason is that when the child is born, its mind is blank.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;A profession has to be learned.  Not only that, but to become proficient at it, one has to practice, rehearse, drill and put it to work.  Constantly, regularly, consistently.  And to become a master among masters at such a profession, you have to always one jump ahead of your colleagues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;And that means one has to study harder, practice harder, work harder than anyone else.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;THINK BIG!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Dr. Napoleon Hill, in his book Think And Grow Rich, says: "You could become what you think about ."  Simply put, you could make it in the big world by thinking big.  Even if you started small.  From scratch, that is.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Sr. David Schwartz says:  "If you think mediocrity, you reap mediocrity.  If you think big, you reap big."  Good advice for a lot of people.  Students who think C will generally become C students.  Those who think A's will wind up scholars with big fat A's.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Usually what you thinks becomes what you are in the future.  Chinese people usually start small but they dont stay small.  They were not ashamed to work.  They paid no mind to what people called them.  They were patient, polite, smiling.  But they thought big.  Some of them are now respectfully addressed as "Mr. Sy, the department store owner," "Mr. Go, the factory owner," and so forth and so on.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Yes, Think Big!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;You can start small.  But think big thoughts.  And be sure to develop guts, strong determination, brigh faith in the rightness of your pursuit in life.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Dream BIG.  But big dreams without hard work wither on the vine.  Dont spend your hours daydreaming.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;As 'faith without works is dead."  says a Bible writer, as dreams without works remain dreams.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;So after thinking big, dreaming big, do it.
